100 + HANDMADE CHRISTMAS ORNAMENTS
This is the first time I've made this many ornaments ever! But I was so excited to find this Rifle Paper Co fabric. I love their vibrant paper products, so this fabric is perfect. I knew I wanted to combine watercolor and hand embroidery for this Christmas season. I've only got 80 pictured above because I had already given 20 to The Flour Barn for their gift basket event. These are so darling! I knew I wanted to create a tutorial and share how to make these, because you can use any fabric you'd like to use and create a one of a kind ornament to your liking.
One of a Kind Ornaments
These are as unique as snowflakes. Tiny art for your tree! These really do draw your eye in to the intricate details of the watercolor and the textured details of the embellished stitching. Each ornament is a one of a kind piece of art.
Make DIY Handmade Christmas Ornaments for Family, Friends, + Neighbors
Take a relaxing weekend this Christmas and make up a batch of these ornaments. You don't likely need or desire to make 100, unless you are an artist or maker and want to make them for your next market. Try a handful or a dozen. They are a joy to make in small batches. They make delightful gifts. You can also use them as gift tags and write a special note or date on the back. I've linked the tutorial below if you'd like to get creative and make some!
Merry Christmas + Happy Creating!
